On December 16, 2014, the City Council denied the applicants' request to annex the subject property into the City of Lake Oswego. The Notice of Decision and the FINAL DECISION (Findings, Conclusions and Order) are available here.

On October 21, 2014, the Council made a tentative decision to deny the applicant's request for annexation and continued the meeting to November 18, 2014.
On September 2, 2014 the City Council heard public testimony on this matter. At the close of public testimony, the meeting was continued to October 7th for deliberation and a decision, and the record was left open for the applicant, and those who had provided oral or written testimony, to have an opportunity to submit additional written testimony according to a certain schedule. On September 16th, at the applicant’s request, the City Council rescheduled the continued meeting to October 21, 2014, and changed the schedule for submission of additional written evidence as described in the second reissued notice below.

At its meeting on September 2, 2014, the City Council opened the hearing, accepted public testimony and closed the public testimony portion of the hearing. At the Applicant's request the record was left open. The Applicant will have three weeks, until September 23, 2014, 5:00 p.m., to submit additional written evidence. Any other parties who testified orally or in writing will have one week after that, until September 30, 2014, 5:00 p.m., to submit evidence rebutting the Applicant’s submittal. The City Council will deliberate and potentially make a final decision on October 7th. The Applicant will have the opportunity to submit final written argument prior to the City Council’s October 7th meeting.
