LU 12-0021: Residential Infill Design (RID) request to expand an upper deck and construct an elevated stairway to access the deck
The Applicant is requesting the following:
Residential Infill Design (RID) Review approval for exceptions to the following standards in the R-7.5 zone in order to expand an upper deck above an existing deck on the rear of the dwelling and to construct an elevated stair on the east side to access the upper deck:
•A 5’ 3” reduction to the required 25 feet Oswego Lake setback to 19’ 9”; and,
•A 10’ 3” reduction to the required 30-foot rear yard setback, to 19’ 9”.
•A 6.5% increase to the maximum 25% lot coverage from existing non-conforming lot coverage of 31% to 31.5%.
