LU 12-0046: Expansion of the West Lake Grove Design District (16722 Boones Ferry Road & 4925 Upper Drive)

The applicant is requesting an amendment the comprehensive plan and zone map on the south side of property located at 16722 Boones Ferry Road (21E07DC09300) and east side of property located at 4925 Upper Drive (21E07DD04600) from West Lake Grove Design District (WLGDD) R-2.5 to a uniform designation of Office Campus/Neighborhood Commercial District (OC/NC).  The zoning map amendment includes removal of parking reserves and building areas on both properties.

April 23, 2013
At its meeting on April 22, 2013, the Planning Commission made a final recommendation for Council approval of the proposed amendments.  The approved Findings, Conclusions & Order are available below under "Key Documents."

At its meeting on March 25, 2013, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation for Council approval of the proposed amendments.  On April 22, 2013, staff will return with the Findings, Conclusions & Order for Planning Commission consideration.
