LU 13-0022: A request for a RID review in order to construct a 121 sq. ft. deck addition.
Applicant is requesting the following exceptions to the R-10 zone standards, as modified per prior approval (ODPS 1-95), through Residential Infill Design Review (RID) approval in order to construct a 121-square foot deck addition to the rear elevation:
• A 6-foot reduction to the 20-foot rear yard setback
• A 1.4% increase to the allowed 25% lot coverage maximum
