Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect

Chase Bank Robbery Suspect

LAKE OSWEGO – On Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at 1:11 P.M., Lake Oswego Police received a report of a bank robbery that had just occurred at the Chase Bank, 111 S. State Street. The suspect in the case did not say anything, but used a demand note. No weapon was seen or displayed during the robbery.

The suspect fled the bank on foot and was last seen on Leonard Street near State Street. No associated vehicle was seen in the area. The person was described as a black male adult, 20-30 years old, with long dark hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a green baseball type hat with the capital letters “JD” written in yellow on the front and a dark brown front zip hooded sweatshirt with the word “POWELL’S” written using capital white letters across the front. The suspect was also wearing “skinny” straight legged pants (possibly jeans) and all-white shoes. The suspect might have also been wearing a green shirt underneath the hooded sweatshirt.
