
The Charlie S. Brown Water Sports Center (WSC) is located on the scenic Willamette River near Roehr Park (350 Oswego Pointe Drive, Lake Oswego, OR). Lake Oswego Community Rowing offers youth and adult programs in partnership with the City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation.

Charlie S. Brown Water Sports Center for Rowing Location
The Water Sports Center is located at the end of Oswego Pointe Drive. Look for directional signs on the walking park along the river towards Roehr Park (350 Oswego Pointe Drive, Lake Oswego, OR).

Registration Requirements
Register through Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation here. To participate the following forms are required. Please print them out and bring them on the first day.
- Current and signed Float Test form (found here) or Certified Life Guard certificate
- Completed LOCR Forms - Youth or Masters
- Completed USRowing waiver
