Program runs April 8-June 4 on weekend afternoons.

Girls Kindergarten Start-Up Program
- Meets for 8 sessions on various Saturday and/or Sunday afternoons from 2:30-3:30pm. (see Kindergarten calendar below for exact dates)
The Girls Youth Lacrosse Kindergarten Start-Up program introduces young players to the basic skills of the game with fun activities. Program includes practices and inter-squad scrimmages. Participants must currently be in Kindergarten.
U.S. Lacrosse curriculum for soft-lacrosse is used as a foundation. Soft-lacrosse utilizes sticks with specially molded-heads and a larger, softer ball than a regulation lacrosse ball. This modified equipment is designed for youth to achieve quick success executing the basic skills of lacrosse (cradling, passing and catching).
* No equipment is needed! Equipment is provided for use during the Kindergarten program and no additional protective equipment is required for soft-lacrosse.
Instructors include local area coaches and high school lacrosse players.

Girls Grades 1-2 Skills, Scrimmages and Games Program
Young lacrosse enthusiasts learn and practice the fundamentals of girl's lacrosse in a fun environment. Program includes practices, inter-squad scrimmages and games with other communities.
Participants must currently be in Grades 1-2.
Instructors include local area coaches and high school players.
