To participate in rowing programs at the Water Sports Center, the following forms are required. Please print them out and bring them on the first day.
- Current and signed Float Test form (found here) or Certified Life Guard certificate
- Completed LOCR Forms - Youth or Masters
- Completed USRowing waiver
