City of Lake Oswego Photo Contest

Lake_Oswego_Photo_Contest

Amateur and professional photographers are invited to enter their best images in the Second Annual “City of Lake Oswego Photo Contest.” This contest allows people the chance to see the city through your unique lens.

Send in your best photos for a chance to win $100! The winning photos will also be recognized at a special photo exhibit during the month of November at City Hall, and publicized with credit in the City’s e-newsletter (LO Down), displayed on the City’s Web site, and featured in the November edition of the City’s newsletter (HelloLO).

So, what makes a photograph a Lake Oswego winner? Technical quality, clarity and composition are all important, but so is a flair for the unexpected and the ability to capture a picture-perfect moment.

Entries need to be submitted by 5 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Category winners will be announced in early November 2010.
