The Public Affairs Department includes the City Recorder, who
prepares the Council and Redevelopment Agency agendas, maintains
the official Council records and serves as the City Election
officer. The Citizen Information Center prepares the City
Newsletter and works with citizens and other city departments
on communicating with citizens. The Records Center maintains
official city records and Mail/Print Shop provide services to
other City Departments.
