During the week of November 26-30, drivers can expect daytime delays along Boones Ferry Road from Kruse Way to Madrona. There will be temporary lane closures and turn restrictions at major intersections in order for the surveying contractor for the City of Lake Oswego to conduct small excavations.
For safety, the traffic signals at the intersections of Bryant, Oakridge/Reese, and Kruse Way will likely be temporarily turned off and flaggers will direct traffic to help with the safe and efficient movement of road users and pedestrians around the work zone while protecting the workers in the middle of the intersection. Also, for safety purposes, the work will occur during daylight hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
This work is being done as the preliminary surveying research for the Boones Ferry Road Project. Any questions about the survey work can be directed to Matt Tipton at 503-675-2533.
