The Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency is undertaking numerous projects this fiscal year to further the enhancement of our downtown.

2011-2012 PROJECTS

• Planning and property acquisition for a mixed-use North Anchor project at B Avenue and 1st Street, including a new public library, public parking, retail and housing
• Construction of improvements to the North Shore Drive and State Street intersection
• Construction of 2nd Street improvements
• Implementation of Lake Twin Theater development agreement
• Potential implementation of first phase of Downtown Parking Study recommendations
• Administration of commercial façade grants
