APPLICANT'S REQUEST

The Applicant is requesting a Residential Infill Design Review approval for the following exceptions to the R-10 zone requirement in order to remodel an existing single family dwelling:

  • A 24.5-foot exception to the front yard setback, resulting in a 0.5-foot front yard setback;

  • A 9.9-foot exception to the required 10-foot eastern side yard setback for the primary structure, resulting in a 0.1-foot side yard setback for portions of the structure less than 18 feet in height.

  • A 14.5-foot exception to the required 15-foot eastern side yard setback for the primary structure, resulting in a 0.5-foot side yard setback for portions of the structure greater than 18 feet in height.
