The Applicant is requesting the following:

Approval of the following in order to construct a tram on the site to access the Oswego Lake:

• A Class 1 variance of 5 feet to the required 10-foot western side yard setback for an accessory structure;

• A Class 2 variance of 5 feet to the required 15-foot rear yard setback for an accessory structure;

• A Class 2 variance of 15 feet to the required 25-foot Oswego Lake setback.
