A modification of an Approved Permit (LU 05-0001) to re-establish the underlying R-10 zone yard setbacks for Tax Lot 1901. The prior approval imposed larger side and rear yard setbacks and the applicants now propose to reduce the setbacks so they are equal to the minimum required by the zone. |
