A Resource Protection district delineation and a permit to modify the required 25-foot front yard setback to a variable 16-21-foot setback in order to construct an approximate 45-square foot front porch/cantilever and convert an existing carport to a garage.  The applicants also request the removal of five (5) trees to accommodate site improvements.
