The Applicant is requesting the following:

Approval of a 533-square foot Secondary Dwelling Unit (SDU) at the above mentioned address.  The SDU is being constructed in conjuction with a new single family dwelling that is also subject to Residential Infill Design (RID) Review request.  The RID Review entails several exceptions to the underlying R-7.5 zone standards in order to construct the dwelling.
