APPLICANT'S REQUEST

The Applicant is requesting the following:

A Residential Infill Design (RID) Review approval for the following exceptions to the R-7.5 zone standards in order to remodel an existing single family dwelling (Exhibit E5), as follows:

  • An exception to increase the maximum allowed lot coverage for a structure greater than 26 feet in height from 31% to 32%; and

  • An exception to decrease the required 5-foot side setback for a structure under 18 feet in height to 4 feet; and

  • An exception to decrease the required 10-foot side setback for a structure over 18 feet in height to 5 feet; and

  • An exception to decrease the required 30-foot rear setback to 25.75 feet.
