The Applicant is requesting the following:

• A minor partition to divide the 1.93 acre site into three parcels.  Parcel 1 will be approximately 22,214 square feet, Parcel 2 will be approximately 19,415 square feet and Parcel 3 will be approximately 42,365 square feet.  Parcels 2 and 3 will be flaglots. 
• Ten trees are proposed for removal to accommodate the proposal.
