I thought this book was very interesting and one that is hard to put down. Firegirl is about a class that gets a new student named Jessica Feeney. Jessica is badly burned. This book is mostly about the kids reaction to Jessica. Some kids are kind and some think she is a freak. Overall it was a really good book.
