Recreation Pool Closed TODAY!
The LORAC Recreation Pool is closed today, due to a water quality issue requiring required health and safety protocols. We will update this page as soon as it is able to be open.
During the closure, Aqua Fitness classes, Open Swim, and Recreation Pool Swim Lessons are canceled.
The Competition Pool remains open for scheduled lap swim and swim lessons.
Our staff is working to complete all required treatment and testing as quickly as possible. Please call the LORAC Front Desk at 503-675-2549 for the latest reopening information before your visit.

Important Information
As the Lake Oswego School District water polo season begins on Monday, August 17, we'd like to help members plan their visits by sharing the updated pool schedules.
During water polo practices and competitions, members may experience:
- Limited lap lane availability
- Increased activity in the Competition Pool
- Heavier parking lot traffic
- Larger crowds throughout the facility
LORAC is proud to partner with the Lake Oswego School District by serving as the home for its aquatic programs. The School District was also a financial partner in the development of LORAC, helping make this exceptional community facility possible.
By sharing these schedules in advance, we hope you can plan your visits around peak activity times and continue to enjoy the best possible experience at LORAC.
