Rental Information
The Lake Oswego Recreation & Aquatics Center (LORAC) and Oswego Hall are now open for reservation submissions. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability and staffing. Requests may be submitted in advance according to the schedule below or at least 21 days prior to the event.
September-December Rentals‚ Available Now
January-April Rentals‚ Available beginning December 1
May-August Rentals‚ Available beginning April 1

* Full facility rentals are not available at this time
Reservation Process:
Please complete the form below indicating the date/time/event type and a staff person will reach out to you with more information. If approved, a rental agreement and payment will be required at least 21 days prior to the event. A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. All applications are subject to approval based on space availability and intended use. Confirmation will be provided within 10 business days after submission.
Fees:
Fees vary based on room type, length of use and the renter's residency status (resident vs non-resident). Hourly or event rates available. Additional charges may apply for deposits, cleaning services, equipment rentals, alcohol servers or extended use beyond the scheduled rental period. Fees subject to change.
