Regular Business
A. Review Agenda
Chair Eliot Metzger reviewed the meeting agenda.
B. City Council Update
Councilor LaMotte shared items from the latest City Council meetings:
• Recruitment update
• Update to Tryon Wastewater Treatment Plant. Rob asked about having EV charging there like
we have at Public Works. At this point, it doesn't sound likely.
• City Hall-city hall and police station combo on the Lexi Dog block. Old City Hall would be torn
down to make room for a plaza/entry way. Design team got SAB input-solar, HVAC, passive
solar, cooling beams. Will invite back to SAB.
• Stafford IGA-working on a 3 party agreement with Tualatin and West Linn on what each city will
work on. Identify what the process is from here on out.
• North Anchor-back to the drawing board. Will probably have some serious changes.
• ADUs- approved now. Changed some of the rules. Will have to be owner/occupied. Changed
driveway rules to not require second driveway.
• HOA sensitive lands-working with HOAs and OLWC on sensitive land mapping and taking care of
them. No common approach that the City is working on.
C. Sustainability Plan Work Session
The Board broke up into small groups to work on aspects of the climate action plan that need to be
rolled into the sustainability plan.
