LU 07-0019, -a request by Randy & Courtney Fuller, for a Residential Infi I Design (RID) Review approval
for up to a 10.1-foot exception to the maximum 35-foot height standard [LOC 50.08.035] in the R-15 zone
for a new single family dwelling.
Location of Property: 17600 Upper Cherry Lane (Tax Lot 8000 of Tax Map 2 1 E 15AB). Staff coordinator
is Jessica Sarver, Associate Planner.
LU 06-0051, a request by Westside Christian. High School, for several modifications to an approved
Conditional Use Permit [CU 2-85 (Mod. 3-97)] to:
• Increase the student enrollment at Westside Christian High School by 25 students;
• Use the grassy area on the north side of the site as a play area; and,
• Remove Condition A(1)(d) of CU 2-85(Mod. 3-97), which requires that a semiannual traffic
management report be submitted to the City to assure that there is an adequate level of service at the
intersection of Kruse Way/Carman Drive during the AM and PM peak periods.
Location of Property: 4565 Carman Drive (Tax Lot 5500, and 5590 of Tax Map 2 1 E 06DD). Staff
