Present, were Mayor MacLean, Councilmen Cook; Dent, Goodell, Knowles, Needhai�,end c .,.
Smith, City Manager. Deane Seeger, City Attorney Gerry MoMurry, and staff Members.
The invocation. was offered by Mayor MacLean.
Minutes of the January 5th regular meeting were approved as mailed.
SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS '
1) Commendation award was presented by the Mayor to William E. Creighton for his
service to the City Planning Commission.

,- 1) Public hearing on levying of assessments in LID 120 (Uplands Crest Sewers).
There were no written remonstrances.
• Mr. Jack'English, 15175 Glen Eagles Court, objected to the assessment formula
used. The same .wos explained by Mr. De Haas, -
Mrs. Obermeyer, 15010 Twin Fir Road, explained the drainage propler in her area -
and objected to the amount of her assessment. . ' ,,
Discussion followed with questions answered by Masers. Abraham and De Hess.

The City Winegar requested authorization to appeal the County Planning Com
• mission decision in this matter should it be adverse to City's interests.
The City Attorney explained to Council City's rights in the matter and pee
• sable results of a dredging operation.
Motion to adop,t resolution passed unanimously.
