5. FINDINGS
499-19-01631 [AP 19-01], a request by Lynn Bertelsen for a Type II tree removal application to remove
one 54" DBH Douglas fir tree. The site is located at 534 D Avenue (21 E10AD02500). The Staff Coordinator
is Ellen Davis, AICP, Associate Planner.
6. PUBLIC HEARING
LU 19-0024, A request for approval of a Development Review Permit to construct permanent seating to
replace existing temporary bleachers, a stadium cover, and a press box on the south side of the Lakeridge
High School football stadium. Eight trees are also proposed for removal to accommodate construction.
This site is located at 1235 Overlook Dr. (21E16000100). The Staff Coordinator is Johanna Hastay, AICP,
Senior Planner.
