In February, the City Council passed Resolution 19-10 which <br /> established an ad hoc subcommittee to identify work to assign to the task force and outline an <br /> application and interview process. In May, the City Council passed Resolution 19-31 to approve <br /> the ad hoc subcommittee recommendations. The recruitment was opened and the City <br /> received 21 applications with five withdrawals prior to the interviews.
