At times, he was unable to even get out of bed Medications didn’t help Wanting to get back into exercise, he chose the ACC’s “Sit and Be Fit” class. Not only did he want to find meaningful exercise, he wanted vitality to keep up with his six grandchildren Happily, Bill has found a formula that works for him “The deal with (the instructor) is that I’ll work for you, if you work for me,” he reports “She is a very special teacher with unique gifts ” Gratitude to Bill for sharing his journey People can and do significantly improve the quality of life by finding what resources work for their unique needs.
