Pursuant to the City Manager’s direction and Governor Brown’s COVID-19 “Safe Public Meetings and Continued
Government Operations” Executive Order 20-16, the Development Review Commission will resume meetings in June
2020 using electronic (online or telephone) means. Until further notice, there is no in-person attendance option due to
State restrictions on public gatherings. All members of the Development Review Commission are attending remotely by
Webex and several options are available to the public for viewing and participating in this meeting. If you wish to provide
written testimony before the LU 19-0044 (Waluga subdivision) meeting or oral testimony at the meeting, please contact
Kat Kluge, Administrative Support, by phone or email, above. For submittal of written testimony for the continued hearing
for LU 19-0041 (Shorenstein multi-family project), see below.

LU 19-0041, a request for the following:
A lot line adjustment;
RP District delineations;
A Development Review Permit to construct a 160 -unit multi-family housing project;
Approval of a parking study for shared parking;
An unavoidable utility crossing for a stormwater facility;
Minor variances to retaining wall standards; and,
The removal of 112 trees.
This site is located at 5600 Meadows Road (21E07BA00900). The Staff Coordinator is Johanna Hastay,
AICP, Senior Planner.
This hearing was continued from June 15, 2020. Any person may submit new written testimony until 5:00
PM on June 22nd, written rebuttal to any new testimony received is due by 5:00 PM on June 25th. No new
testimony or evidence may be submitted during the rebuttal period. No oral testimony will be taken.

The removal of 152 trees for construction of site improvements.
This site is an unaddressed, vacant lot located on the east side of Waluga Drive (Map and Tax Lot
Reference: 21E07AD02800 & 21E07AD02802). The Staff Coordinator is Evan Fransted, Associate
Planner.
