Until further notice, there is no in-person attendance option due to <br />State restrictions on public gatherings. All members of the Development Review Commission are attending remotely by <br />Webex and several options are available to the public for viewing and participating in this meeting. If you wish to provide <br />written testimony before the LU 19-0044 (Waluga subdivision) meeting or oral testimony at the meeting, please contact <br />Kat Kluge, Administrative Support, by phone or email, above. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />LU 19-0041, a request for the following: <br /> <br /> A lot line adjustment; <br /> RP District delineations; <br /> A Development Review Permit to construct a 160 -unit multi-family housing project; <br /> Approval of a parking study for shared parking; <br /> An unavoidable utility crossing for a stormwater facility; <br /> Minor variances to retaining wall standards; and, <br /> The removal of 112 trees. <br /> <br />This site is located at 5600 Meadows Road (21E07BA00900).
