FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER 7.1 Community Development Code Amendments Related to Seasonal Restaurant Enclosures (LU 20-0019) Public Testimony Accepted: No. On July 27, 2020, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed code amendments as written in staff report and return with draft Findings, Conclusions and Order. The Commission will review the proposed amendments and ask clarifying or background questions prior to conducting a public hearing tentatively scheduled for September 14, 2020.
