Until further notice, there is no in-person attendance option due to State restrictions on public gatherings. All members of the Development Review Commission are attending remotely by Zoom. 1. FINDINGS LU 20-0032, an appeal of the staff decision to approve the following Residential Infill Design (RID) variances in order to construct an addition onto an existing single-family dwelling: • Reduce the 25-foot front yard setback from Sarah Hill Lane to 10 feet; and • Allow the garage to be located closer to the street (Sarah Hill Lane) than the dwelling. This site is located at 17760 Lake Haven Drive [21E17BC01500]. The Staff Coordinator is Evan Fransted, Senior Planner. 5. PUBLIC HEARING LU 21-0011, a request for approval of the following:  Development Review Permit for a new 15-unit multi-family building in the Downtown Redevelopment District;  Minor Variance to maximum retaining wall height; and  Removal of three trees.
