The Declaration of the Vote for the November 2, 2021 Special Election follows this report, along with the abstract of the vote from Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties. The results show that Measure 3-568 is paramount, receiving the highest number of'Yes'votes over Measure 3-575. RECOMMENDATION Move to approve the 2021 Declaration of the Vote.
