Dry Recreation Survey
Purpose: The Lake Oswego Recreation and Aquatics Center is going to be a recreation hub that will include:
dry recreation, classrooms, recreational pool, competition pool, and Parks and Recreation offices. There will
be two main activities in the building, the ‘wet’ recreational activities (competition pool and recreational pool)
and ‘dry’ recreational activities (fitness, cardio, basketball, etc.; anything not in the water).
To aid in the design of the Lake Oswego Recreation and Aquatics Center, a survey was used to gather
input on dry recreational side of the center. Dry recreation is only one part of the recreation and aquatics
center. The survey is one of many methods that will be used to gather input on the design.
Dates: February 19 to March 4
Survey participants: 748
