Written testimony is due no later than 12:00 pm noon on January 18th. Oral testimony at the hearing of up to 3 minutes will be allowed for individuals and 6 minutes for a representative of recognized neighborhood associations, homeowners associations, government or government agencies, or other incorporated public interest organizations.
