A. SV 4-84 A request by Bruce Hershman for approval of
a 3' x 15' wall sign for Handy Auto Supply which Will
be located at 428 State Street tTax Lot 6000 of Tax
Map 2 lE 3DD.
B. SD 19-84, SD 21-84, SO 22-84, VAR 19-84 & VAR 20-84.
A continuation of a request by Barbara M. Bragg and
Richard and Virgia Walters to adjust two 2) parcels
FT 35,100+ sq. ft. and 14,400+ sq. Et. into parcels of
30,000 sq- ft. and 20,384 sq. ft. each in an R-10
zone. in addition, the owners are requesting approval
of two minor partitions. The first partition is to
allow Ms. Bragg to divide the 30,000 sq. ft. parcel
into three (3) parcels of 10,000 sq. ft. each. This
review also includes a Class I variance to vavy the
minimum frontage requirement on a public street from
25' to 0' for one of the parcels. This review also
includes a Class II variance to vary the minimum lot
depth requirement of 100' to 80' for one of the
parcels. The second partition is to allow the Walters
to divide the 20,384 sq. ft. parcel into two (2)
parcels of 10,084 sq, ft. and 10,300 sq. ft. The
properties are located along the east side of an
unconstructed portion of Iron Mountain Blvd.,
otherwise described as Tax Map 2 lE 3BC= Tax Lot 3500
and Tax Map 2 lE 3CB; Tax Lot 500.
