PUBLIC HEARINGS LU 22-0029: A request for a modification to an approved Conditional Use Permit (LU 12- 0056) for a private school to increase student enrollment from 50 to 150 students and a Resource Protection (RP) District (stream corridor) delineation. This site is located at 14790 Boones Ferry Road (21E05DC05500, 21E05DC05600). The Staff Coordinator is Evan Fransted, AICP, Senior Planner. The hearing on this project was continued from March 6, 2023, to allow additional written testimony. Written testimony is due no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, March 13th.
