LU 22-0047: A request for a Development Review Permit for a new mixed use building with
approximately 3,400 sq. ft. of commercial office space and eight residential units in the
West Lake Grove Design District using the Clear & Objective Housing Track. The applicant is
also requesting the removal of three trees to accommodate site improvements.

LU 22-0029: A request for a modification to an approved Conditional Use Permit (LU 12-
0056) for a private school to increase student enrollment from 50 to 150 students and a
Resource Protection (RP) District (stream corridor) delineation.
This site is located at 14790 Boones Ferry Road (21E05DC05500, 21E05DC05600). The Staff

The hearing on this project was continued from March 6, 2023, to allow additional written
testimony. Written testimony is due no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, March 13th. Any
person may submit written testimony or written rebuttal to testimony received. Written
rebuttal to the testimony received by March 13th, is due by 5pm on March 15, 2023. No new
testimony or evidence is permitted during the rebuttal period .

LU 22-0056: A request for a Conditional Use Permit modification and Development Review
Permit Modification to construct five modular structures and expand the parking lot
pavement to add a new bus lane on the Uplands Elementary school site, and increase
student enrollment on the site to 826 students. The applicant is also requesting an RP
District delineation (wetlands) on both the Uplands Elementary and Lake Oswego Middle
School sites.
This site is located at 2055 Wembley Park Road (21E04 00300) and 2500 Country Club Road
(21E05 00600). The Staff Coordinator is Ellen Davis, AICP, Associate Planner.
