Hi Bonnie,
Access for lots of record will require an Entrance Permit from County Engineering for paved driveway approaches onto SE Kimball Street. The current fee for a
new driveway is$400.
A Utility Placement Permit will be required for the sewer extension work in SE Kimball Street. Refer to Chapter 7 of the Roadway Standards and the Standard
Drawings related to pipe backfill and pavement cuts. Depending on the extent of cuts in the street and damage during construction,a grind and inlay may be
required.

Hi Ken and Jonny,
We are preparing an application for a series of PLA's to develop 5 lots off of Kimball and Baleine. The two private drives will have access off of Kimball. During
our pre-app,the city requested we submit correspondence from the county if there are any requirements on Kimball or for the driveway access. Please see
attached proposed layout.
