Members Present: Vice Chair Bruce Poinsette, Dwight Sangrey, John Dewes, Kristen Bates, Helen Leek, and Russ O’Connor Members Absent: Chair Randy Arthur Staff Present: Evan Boone, Deputy City Attorney; Evan Fransted, Senior Planner; and Kat Kluge, Administrative Assistant MINUTES October 2, 2023: Commissioner Leek submitted revisions to her testimony last week, via emai l, and the Minutes were then adjusted. Commissioner Leek moved to approve the Minutes of October 2, 2023, as revised. Seconded by Commissioner Bates and passed 6:0. FINDINGS LU 23-0025: A request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for a Golf Course use and Modification to a Development Permit for an addition and new expanded covered patio onto the Golf shop/Murphy’s building. This site is located at 20 Iron Mountain Blvd. (Tax References: 21E0400100 and 21E0400160). The Staff Coordinator is Evan Fransted, AICP, Senior Planner. Commissioner Leek moved to approve the Findings, Conclusion, and Order (FCO) of LU 23-0025, as submitted by Planning Staff. Seconded by Commissioner Sangrey and passed 6:0. SCHEDULE REVIEW AND MANAGEMENT UPDATE Evan Fransted, Senior Planner, updated DRC members on upcoming meeting s: November 6, 2023 may have a Tree appeal. November 20, 2023 has the application for the Wastewater Treatment Plant and possibly the Findings from the November 6, 2023 meeting. December 4, 2023 would have the Findings from the meeting on November 20, 2023. Development Review Commission Minutes October 16, 2023 Page 2 of 2 December 18, 2023 will most likely have the North Anchor Parcel A (Hotel) Design Review Modification application. ADJOURNMENT Commissioner Sangrey moved to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner O'Connor and passed 6:0. Vice Chair Poinsette adjourned the meeting at 6:08 PM.
