Roll of officers called and the follcwing were found to t be absent.Treasurer and councilmen Fox: and Bickner. Ordinance No 97 relative to the parking of vehicles in 411 the City of Oswego,with an""8tiergency Clausd"wae head and a motion was made by Didzun;2nd. by Pollard that the ordinance be road for the 2nd.and final reading. On rollcall all present voting,Yes; Carried and so ordered. The Ordinance was ro-read and a motion was made by Didzu;i 2nd.by Pollard that the ordinance beadopted as read. On rollcall all present voting,Yes;Carried and so erderod The bond of Marshal Mahal was received andread. On motion made by Wanker seconded by Boyd the Pond 'MS accepted ,and the premium of $5.00 be paid.On rollcall all present voting,Yes; Carried and so ordered. Received since last meeting.
