DECEMBER 2023
Photo Contest2023 Winners
Thank you for making the 2023 Photo Contest a huge success!
We had another great turnout with over 145 participants submitting 500
photos for Lake Oswego’s 15th annual Photo Contest.
After evaluating all eligible entries, the judges (a panel consisting of City of
Lake Oswego staff and a City Councilor) selected finalists for each category.
Then we asked the public to pick their favorites - deciding first, second and
third places. The public voted and the winners have been selected!
Winners were recognized during the November 7 City Council meeting. The
photo contest presentation - as well as the rest of the Council meeting - can be
viewed at your convenience on the City’s YouTube Channel (www.youtube.com,
search for City of Lake Oswego).
All winning photographs can be viewed online at: www.lakeoswego.city/
