APPROVAL OF MINUTES December 15, 2023 Ann Savage made a motion to approve the December meeting minutes. Susan Speer seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously and the December minutes were approved. 4. Numerous tress down in our parks, a play structure was damaged, power outage took our parks restroom heat which led to frozen pipes that burst. LORAC Furniture is being selected. Building is really taking shape. Rec pool is getting the first layer of materials. The ACC is looking into install security cameras on the exterior of the building, no crimes or mischief sparked the interest. To be able to view the hazardous conditions in inclement weather is the motivation. We use the same cameras at many of our parks. We are scheduling our summer programs right now.
