Motion: Move to approve the draft work plans for the 2024 City Council Initiatives. 6.2 Approving the Appointments of Expedited Land Division and Middle Housing Land Division Referees. Motion: Move to appoint Josh Soper and Joe Turner as Expedited Land Division and Middle Housing Land Division Referees. 6.3 Diversified Abilities Custodian Contract Award. Motion: Move to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract for custodial services with Diversified Abilities for$262,031.64. 6.4 WO 323, Awarding a Public Improvement Contract for the Construction of the Daniel Way Channel Stabilization Project. Motion: Move to authorize the City Manager to sign a Public Improvement Contract with Daybreak Construction Inc. in the amount of$534,000 for the construction of Work Order 323, Daniel Way Channel Stabilization Project. 7.
