CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL 3. INTRODUCTION OF NEW MEMBERS 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES April 18, 2024 5. CITY COUNCIL UPDATE (20 mins) Councilor Aaron Rapf 6. PUBLIC COMMENT The purpose of Public Comment is to allow community members to present information or raise an issue regarding items not on the agenda or regarding agenda items that do not include a public hearing. A time limit of three minutes per individual shall apply. Public Comment will not exceed thirty minutes in total. If you are unable to attend the meeting and prefer to provide public comment in writing, please email the comment to the staff contact listed above at least 24 hours before the meeting. 7. LO POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORT (20 mins) Sergeant Earl Hall will provide an update to the board on current efforts and outreach being conducted by the Lake Oswego Police Department. 8. NTMP APPLICATIONS: GOODALL ROAD (30 mins) Will Farley will present the findings on an application for the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program for Goodall Road for discussion with the board. A public comment period will follow. 9. PATHWAYS PROGRAM: ROUND 3 (30 mins) Will Farley will provide an overview of the Pathways Program and will work with the board on prioritizing the next set of sidewalks to present to City Council for recommendation of funding. 10.
