AP 24-04 [TR 499-24-001007-TREE] and AP 24-05 [TR 499-24-001844-TREE]
CONSOLIDATED HEARING
The two tree removal applications are for a development project on the same site. The
Commission will hear presentations and testimony on both applications in one consolidated
hearing. The following time limits will apply for testimony on both applications together:
• Applicant will have 20 minutes
• Representative of a recognized neighborhood association, homeowners’ association,
government or government agency, or other incorporated public interest organization
will each have 10 minutes
• Individuals will each have 5 minutes
• Applicant will be given 5 minutes for rebuttal
Written testimony for both AP 24-04 and AP 24-05 may also be submitted up until 12:00
pm (noon) on the day of the hearing. See “How to Testify” below for procedure to submit
written testimony.

AP 24-04 [TR 499-24-001007-TREE]: A request for approval of a Type II tree removal application
(499-24-001007-TREE) for 22 trees (6”- 44” DBH) to construct a new 8-unit cottage cluster
middle housing development.
This site is located at 233 E Avenue (Tax Reference: 21E03DA04200). The Staff Coordinator
is Courtney Simms, Associate Planner.
AP 24-05 (TR 499-24-001844-TREE)]: A request for approval of a Type II tree application (499 -
24-001844-TREE) to remove one 18” DBH Western hemlock to construct the required public
improvements as part of a new 8-unit cottage cluster middle housing development.
This site is located at 233 E Avenue (Tax Reference: 21E03DA04200). The Staff Coordinator
is Courtney Simms, Associate Planner.
How to testify: If you would like to testify at an upcoming meeting, please refer to the City’s
instructions for participation at Development Review Commission Meetings, in -person or online
at lakeoswego.city/boc_drc.
• All written materials must be received by 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of the hearing to
www.ci.oswego.or.us/formslf/comments or may be delivered by 12:00 pm (noon) to the
Planning Dept. on the 2nd floor of City Hall; no written material may be submitted to the
Commission at the meeting.
