Roehr to investigate the legal statues of the situation. Mr.:l.'i.Truchot asked if a turn around could be fix on the south end of Sixth Str. as the rocked road is to narrow to ' )ermit the cars to turn around etc. Moved by Dalzell second by Goss that the matter be left up to the Recorder to °fix_ Street. Mr.Jordan of the Premutit Co. , gave a detailed explanation on water uoftnor and the process and the . cost of same etc. llo.a,t ton taken. 1. 08 Moved by Sadilek second by Goss that the following re.. adjugtment of the various funds be made t . That the $1,500.00 General Fund Note at the Oswge . vate Bank be paid. That a memo interest bearing warrant . be ideued `in favro of the Water Fund covering the $1,000.00 loan to the General Fund. • That $650.00,plus interest, bp, ,paid on the $1250.00 outstanding •Yark Fund interest bearing warrant and a new warrant for $600.00 be ioaued until more tax money le received. , That the Sewer Fund borrow $4,000.00 from the I Water Fund issuing a memo interest bearing warrant for acme. ..This would enable us to moat .the $3,000.00 Bonds and #1,180.00 interest due April 15.
