The Effects of Stress
Stress is that physical and mental reaction we have to what we perceive to be harmful. Although it is there to ‘protect us” it can also wreak unnecessary havoc on our body and mind, leaving us feeling fatigued and emotionally spent. We deal with stress everyday of our lives, however with COVID...it’s only complicated or even exacerbated the stress in our lives. In this talk we hope to bring a different perspective about our world's current situation and how we can find peace and hope during this time.
