The Examined Life (Discussion Series)

Wednesday, September 30, 2026 - 10:00am

This event repeats every week on Wednesday.

Socrates once said, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” This discussion-based series offers you the opportunity to explore important questions about life, purpose, and values in a welcoming group setting. No background in philosophy is needed—just a willingness to engage with thoughtful ideas and listen to others. Cost for series: Res $5 / Non-Res $7

About the Series

This discussion-based series offers you the opportunity to explore important questions about life, purpose, and values in a welcoming group setting. This series continues a previous series that took place in early 2026 with a new set of discussion topics, but new participants are welcome.

Each session focuses on a central philosophical question, designed to encourage reflection, conversation, and deeper understanding. No background in philosophy is needed—just a willingness to engage with thoughtful ideas and listen to others.
