Crews have discovered a broken sewer line at the Boones Ferry/Bryant/Firwood Road intersection. Public Works crews are on site, coordinating and preparing with the Boones Ferry Road project crews to conduct an emergency repair of the line. In preparation for the repair, Public Works crews are currently cleaning out the sewer line on Firwood Road, near Albertson’s and the Shell station. During this time, traffic is flagged on Firwood Road between Boones Ferry Road and Waluga Drive.
Starting at 8 p.m. tonight through 6 a.m., the Boones Ferry/Bryant/Firwood Road traffic signal will be shut off and traffic will be flagged at the intersection to accommodate the emergency repair.
Please expect significant delays during this repair, and avoid the area if possible. We apologize for this unanticipated inconvenience, and thank you for your patience while crews work to repair the line.
