MAKERS is an architectural and urban design firm providing services to clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1972, the firm has assisted communities in making wise decisions about their futures and has helped them to implement those decisions. With a staff of 15 professionals, MAKERS brings specialized capabilities in a number of areas, especially those that involve a combination of planning, urban design, and facilities programming. Of special relevance to this project is our expertise in site planning that will be needed to integrate storm water facilities with projected development and to integrate park, recreation and water quality objectives. Additionally, MAKERS is known for the firm’s ability to design and facilitate effective public participation and stakeholder involvement programs.
